I am running dnn version 7.4.2 and just had this problem occur. The site has been fine until I tried to upload an image using the tools upload file as a site admin. The directory did not load under the upload and I received the error below in the event viewer:

When I go to file manager under site admin I see myfolder but do not see the root as I usually do. It seems like I do not have admin permissions.

 Thanks for the help!

Within ckeditor if I try to browse the directory to upload an image I get this error:

DefaultDataProvider:DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke

Message:Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.

InnerMessage:Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.

Hello there,  I would like to ask, is this a clean 7.4.2 version? Or is it from an upgrade?

Hi Sebastian

I did run the script and all is well. Thank you.

This was an upgrade which has seen many :) I have been running this instance since version 4 and there is a lot of junk. We are starting fresh with 8 and doing a full rebuild.

Sebastian has been extremely helpful when these things occur!!!
