I'm sure this is documented some place, but I've been banging my head at trying to figure this one out. I'm new to DNN, and we're running version 7.4.0. The Events module here is used as an info screen display, but I can't figure out which template file that is used when this view is chosen. Basically we have the normal calender view, but admins can go to a sub page that shows a different layout with today's menu. I want to give the screen a complete overhaul as to how it looks.

If anyone can help me out, even just point me to the right place in the docs, it's be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info! I've been looking into the docs, and I'm not sure if just adding a theme will cover my needs. Basically, I need to make a custom info screen that just uses that data from the events module. Is it possible to add my own view template (.ascx) that the module can use? If not, what would be a sane way to approach this?

Display of events always starts with a sort of overview: month calendar, week view, grid/list view and from there a link to display details of an event.

The general working of the month/week view is mainly defined by the calendar control. Display of event info within the calendar control and within the grid/list is defined by the (HTML) templates. Theming (colouring etc.) is defined by a css theme,

An event detail view is customizable, again by the templates in which you can specifiy what data of an event (tokens) and how (html) the details of the event are displayed.

As far as I can understand, your info screen is a variation of the detail display. If you do not want to start with an overview mechanism, but show details directly from anywhere, you can construct/use the URL to go to the detail Event display directly.
