Ok, it has been set to severity major now it seems, but no real progress yet.
I don't have any influence on when this gets fixed, but I would either wait until it gets fixed or use my own code.

One temporary solution I just tried (not extensively tested) is to create your own print link.
Replace the print skin object:

<dnn:ACTIONBUTTON runat="server" id="dnnACTIONBUTTON3"  CommandName="PrintModule.Action" DisplayIcon="True" DisplayLink="false" />

in your "container".ascx file

With this code:

                Dim sOut As String = "<a href='http://{0}/tabid/{1}/mid/{2}/dnnprintmode/true/Default.aspx?SkinSrc=[G]Skins%2f_default%2fNo+Skin&ContainerSrc=[G]Containers%2f_default%2fNo+Container' target='_blank'><img src='/images/action_print.gif' alt ='Print' /></a>"
                If Me.ModuleControl.ModuleContext.Configuration.DisplayPrint = True Then
                    Response.Write(String.Format(sOut, PortalSettings.PortalAlias.HTTPAlias, PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, Me.ModuleControl.ModuleContext.ModuleId))
                End If

For me that works in DNN 6.1.1

Just gave the fix another try using the Title_blue.ascx for comparison, but in my file the two lines u mention are already there.

The contents of my "Article.ascx" is this:

<%@ Control language="vb" CodeBehind="~/admin/Containers/container.vb" AutoEventWireup="false" Explicit="True" Inherits="DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.Container" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="ACTIONS" Src="~/Admin/Containers/SolPartActions.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="TITLE" Src="~/Admin/Containers/Title.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="DROPDOWNACTIONS" Src="~/admin/Containers/dropdownactions.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="ACTIONBUTTON" Src="~/Admin/Containers/ActionButton.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="VISIBILITY" Src="~/admin/Containers/visibility.ascx" %>

DisplayIcon="True" DisplayLink="True" />
DisplayIcon="True" DisplayLink="True" />

DisplayIcon="True" DisplayLink="True" />

I cant really see where its supposed to go wrong, besides the print icon shows up perfectly when logged in as admin or host, but when not logged in, its long gone and i dont really see anywhere in the container file where thats happening?

Well, the first post you probably saw in the mail, I deleted as it was not correctly working, then I tried another approach and that's the new one :-)

Now that was exactly the thing i had in mind earlier, i wanted to just write the link on my own, but i had no idea how to access the methods thatll return a string value containing the path to the actual page, because then it wouldve been pretty straight forward from there. :-)

So far ur workaround works perfectly for me, thx a megaton for that. :-)
