 Is this true?

My image is on the same domain, the auto height works properly in IE7 (or IE8 with IE7 emulated), but it does not seem to work in Firefox or Google Chrome (I know what you are going to say about Chrome...).

Anyone else experiencing this behavior?

Personally, I use Chrome all the time, so I won't say anything bad about it - in fact, I love it!

Auto-height works properly in all browsers, except that sometime certain conditions cause it to malfunction.

Can you tell us some more details about your case?

 Hi Vitaly,

I too love Chrome.  It does give me some problems from time-to-time, especially with shopping carts.

I am trying to display a photoblog, specifically pixelpost, in my iframe.  There are no errors in the Firefox error console, but there is a warning.

The warning states: Error in parsing value for 'height'. Declaration dropped.

I suppose it may be an issue with this photoblog.  I may need to add another page(s) to my domain and give that a go.

Anyway, if you have any ideas Id love to give them a go.

Thanks,

Mike

I just verified this is NOT a problem with the PixelPost photoblog.  I created a simple .html page with a few lines of text and a link pointing to another simple .html page containing an image (located on my domain).

The iFrame does not expand when I click the link to the .html page containing the photo.

I am wondering if it is something with my configuration, possibly my DNN install?  Am I suppose to link to an html page, or am I suppose to choose the link to file option?

Thanks for any help!

Mike

We have a similar problem where the iframe module auto-height works fine in IE 6-8. However the auto-height doesn't work for Firefox. You mentioned there are certain cases where it doesn't work. I'm guessing we are one of those cases.

Here is an example link: http://dev.ciab.com/About/CreateAccount.aspx
