Hi !

In my website, although the registration information is correct, the People/Users Online data is always zero. I looke dat the settings, and they seem ok. What should I be looking for ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

There are two things you need to enable.

1.) There is a job in Host -> Scheduler called PurgeUsersOnline (Make sure this is enabled, it is disabled by default).

2.) In Host -> Host Settings, make sure the disable Users Online is unchecked

We hope to have some further documentation in this area.

Still having this problem, even after I did the right configurations.

Is this a known issue?

Make sure that your Site's Admin Settings Portal Timezone is set to the same time as your server. This was why it wasn't working for me. My server was located on Colorado, and presumably it's time was set to Mountain, while my Portal Timezone was set to Pacific. So when I set it to Mountain all was well.
