Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to create the Categories. In the module settings it says I need to create them in the Feedback Lists, but where is it? I tried creating it in Host > Lists but it still doesn't show in the categories dropdown list.

Basically I would like the Feedback module to have categories like Sales Department, Technical Department e.t.c where the user can select and the e-mail goes to that particular department. Is this possible?

I am using the latest DNN 4.09 and Feedback 4.04.03.

Hope to hear some positive feedback!

Thanks,

Wasim

If you view the Action Menu for the module, you will see that the second item in the menu is Feedback Lists.  Here you can add values to either the Subject list or the Category list, depending on which item at the top is selected.

Hope this helps.
