Hi,

I'm having inconsistent results on http://www.MicrosoftForManagers.com/dotnetnuke

The FAQs page will load and display answers for the administrator.

It does not appear to display answers for other users unless I give permission for the the user to edit the page (which I don't want to do,) and sometimes, the answers still do not display.

I've programmed it using Firefox.  I've checked it using I.E. 7.0.

Any suggestions or thoughts will be appreciated.

Alan

I have the exact same problems... I would like to know if there is a patch or fix for this.

Thanks!

Richard

Hi! I have a similiar problem with the FAQs module.

The module doesn't display the answer, but I've notice this happens when I turn the cache on to 3600.

I'm using a dnn 4.5.3 and the faqs is 4.4

Does anyone knows why this could happen?

You will want to make sure that the caching setting is not set to anything other than "0".

Otherwise, I have a free module called "Expandable Text/HTML" that provides similar functionality and it uses Client Side expanding/collapsing and not server side ajax calls.  (http://www.iowacomputergurus.com for more info)
