I guess removing it depends on how many pages you have the module on

Potentially a way to avert this type of situation where you call urgently on a volunteers time would be to have a test version of the site where you can try major upgrades such as a move from v4 to v6. My view, feel free to flame me.

If you can put up with it for a few days, and are prepared to send your skin to me, I can look to work out a .css change sometime over the week-end.

If this is of help, feel free to mail me at webmaster @ the domain in my profile.

As a starter it looks like you could do with the following adding to you skin.css

.FeedbackForm {
font-size: 11px;
font-family: verdana;
}
.FeedbackForm .dnnFormItem LABEL {
width: 140px;
}
.Feedback_Field .dnnFormItem {
padding-left: 0px;
}

THANKS - that fixed the formatting issues!

However, I ran into another problem - the "Subject" drop-down box disappears in IE8...  It's shown in EDIT mode, when I configure it\\the nodule, but doesn't show up at all when I log out -- still works fine in FireFox.  I don't think this is related to skin.css editing - I must've missed it before.  I am now using latest Feedback version 6.1.0 on DNN 6.1.5

Good news.

I'm interested to know what you have as your subject settings, because your form is showing the Subject box, but no editable box against it, which shouldn't happen.

Can you provide some details?

Thanks
Roger

That's probably why I missed that -- it onlly shows up in EDIT mode, but not to users or VIEW mode.

You can see the drop-down list choices using the FireFox browser.  What other details do you need?
