is your original site still live? creating a template from existing content might be more promising than trying to repair the database. The only alternative would be creating a new site with same DNN version installed and exactly same extension versions and perform an import of your database export into it. But I still fiear, you will need a lot of manual actions to perform this.

web site is not running but i have all the files on my local pc and also a fully back up on the host the only thing that is lost is database, also i have tried to install the same version of dotnetnuke and all of the modules on my local machine everything is running now but i don't know how and what to import from the old database to make this look like the old one, could you tell me which table of dnn should be imported to this empty website
old one was in two languages(English&Persian) and all i need to retrive from old database are pages and html modules inside them that contains text the other parts of portal was based on modules that i have all the informations of them

sorry, but the files are useless without a working database. if you are able to create a new DNN installation with same DNN version and same versions of all extensions installed, you might copy over portal files, machine key and restore database to save your work, but this will require deep knowledge of DNN and SQL structure. sorry, but this is definately not a simple task.
