there used to be a perfect module for this purpose: effority user directory (userdirectory.codeplex.com), though I haven't tried it with DNN 5.4

another question , whats the action code for edit button ( shown with pencil icon) In User Account Page ?
I want to track it and change the url page to what i want.

Mohammad, I fear, this will not be possible w/o modifying the core code, you may use a different module instead, e.g. http://dnnusers.codeplex.com/

you need to alter /desktopmodules/admin/security/users.ascx.cs
