I was having alot of difficulty getting my DNN 7 installation upgraded to DNN9. Initially I had SSL problems and portal alias problems, once those were resolved I was able to get my instance upgraded to DNN8 successfully. From there I proceded to upgrade to DNN9 and got many errors. I ended up dissabling all scheduled services and restarted the process all over again from 7 to 9. This time the upgrade did complete successfully but my persona bar functionality is not working. I can see the bar and the hover actions do work and display items but none of the items / functions open.

In inspect mode on chrome I see the following error message when clicking anything on the persona bar:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

I've looked online for any post update fix instructions but have not found anything except this DNNTracker post which seems to be related

did you unblock downloaded upgrade package (in file properties) prior to unzipping all files contained, overwriting all existing files?

I do not know if that is related, but I am getting 500 error on PersonaBar API

This is the when I click on Users >>> User Profile o or User Settings or Admin Logs >>> Log Settings .....As suggested I did re-install the Dnn.PersonaBar.Users_01.04.00_Install.zip module by unblocking downloaded upgrade package (in file properties)

I tried running these scripts and although they all ran successfully, I still dont get a persona bar at all.  Chrome Developer Error: "http://www.tribalflight.com.au/API/personaBar/localization/gettable?culture=en-AU 404 (Not Found)" error
