I have been working on my project for a couple of weeks and its seems that at some point the buttons on the Extensions page for Create New Module, Create New Extension,  and Install Extension as well as tabs for Installed Extensions and Available Extensions have all disappeared.  My Extension page only shows the dropdown for Showing followed by the list of previously installed modules. Please help.

William,

You might start by using the INSPECT option in your browse to see if perhaps they are hidden by mistake? Maybe a CSS style you applied incorrectly?

Also, are you sure you are logging in with a HOST/Super User account?

Thanks for the helpful hints but I am still unresolved. Is there a way to install user control modules other than using the button on the Extensions page?

I now notice that the buttons for Restart Application and Clear Cache on the top of the Server page are missing. How to fix this?

If you inspect the page do you not see anything in their place in the HTML?
