Try this. It's untested.

if (PortalSettings.ActiveTab.Level > 0) {
=PortalSettings.ActiveTab.BreadCrumbs(0).TabName
} else {
=PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabName
}

I can never get the less than / greater than symbols to post properly. I shall have to leave them to you.

Best wishes,

Cheers for that, Richard - I really appreciate the help!  I needed to make one small adjustment and then it worked like a charm!

The expression that ultimately worked for me is:

<% if (PortalSettings.ActiveTab.Level > 0) { %>

<%= ((DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabInfo)PortalSettings.ActiveTab.BreadCrumbs[0]).TabName %>

<% } else { %>

<%= ((DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabInfo)PortalSettings.ActiveTab).TabName %>

<% } %>

Thank you again for your time and knowledge!
Kelly
