This did this fix for my scheduler however I did notice after every application start process that there is a web server updated process as well. is this normal in the fix in 7.3.2. This is more apparent in our dev server than our live because the application start process happens more often due to less use.

there is another Item in the issue tracker that is still being dealt with and should be fixed in DNN 7.3.3 (according to current plans).

I had the same issue and found a duplicate record in the table as mentioned. Thanks!

Thanks - I had this problem and my database had grown to 40GB!! I've truncated it and deleted the duplicate entry in webserver.

BTW - I was unable to use Chrome to post this. It wouldn't let me type in the edit box :-(
