I just installed the latest version but when I try to open the site, I get the modal window that opens when the site is run for the first time - I don't recall what is supposed to be in the window but what I get is a message that says "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I try to close the window and it re-spawns with the same message over and over. It won't stay closed and so I can't get to anything to start working on the site.

I'm stumped as I just installed the same package on another machine and it worked just fine.

Any ideas on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
