I have seen a few other posts over a long period of time but am unable to find a solution.

This is a huge problem for sites that use the users email address as a user name. On top of that, the User Name filed brings very little to the table on a password reset as nearly every other account based use case will use the users email address as the unique identifier.

So now to my question - how do we eliminate the User Name field on the password reset page? It brings no value to the process and really just creates problems.
