Hi I installed this module on our internal network web server instalation of DNN7 and followed the tutorial on sunblocknuke to set up a twitter feed.
All worked no problem brill.

So followed the exact same procedure to install on a live site and no feeds show up?.

I even tried a bbcnews feed but that did not show either, there is no data in the cache box in newsfeed settings.
Has anyone any advice to get this working?

does the webserver has permission to access feeds outside the datacenter?

Cheers from Germany,

Cheers Sebastian,  I suspect it is something like that.
Can you advise where permissions for this might be set oe at least some pointers.

Could not sort this???, so simply logged in to twitter account, created a widget and copied the generated code into an html module, job sorted.

Looks ok and so simple.
