The DNN version of the website is 9.1.1. I am not able to add tags under the TEXT module of page settings.

Even after selecting the appropriate tag from the drop down list and clicking update, the tag is not visible after taking the module settings page again. It is not getting saved.

Please let me know a possible solution here. Or Will a DNN upgrade be required to solve this.

I haven't tried using tags in DNN 9 yet, sorry.
I am not aware of a fix in DNN 9.2.0, but you could help by upgrading your site, testing it and reporting a but at https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Pl..., if the issue persists.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
