There must have been an issue with a previous upgrade, and there is a chance, that a subsequent upgrade fixes it (but no guarantee).
please make sure to unblock the upgrade zip, prior to extracting all files.

Thanks for your answer.
I'am going to try a upgrade to the last version and I let you know if this is a solution for the error.

Leopold and other dnn fellows
I've upgrade my site to version 07.02.02.
The error that occurs when I go to the page settings of pagemanagement is gone. That is already a good point.
When I go to the admin tab (American English).
Then I can see the following pages:
First tab
Admin:Event viewer
Admin:File management
Admin:Page: management
Admin:Page management
Admin:Recycle Bin
Admin:Security roles
Admin:Site Settings
Admin:User Accounts
Second tab
Admin:Advanced Configuration Settings
Admin:Device Preview Management
Admin:Google Analytics
Admin:Languages (nl-NL) (en-US)
Admin:Talen (Probably I've translate the name of this page to Dutch)
Admin:Pages (nl-NL) (fr-FR)
Admin:Search Admin
Admin:Search Engine Site Map
Admin:Site Log
Admin:Site Redirection Management
Admin:Site Wizard
Third tab
As you can see... there are two pagemanagement pages and three languages (no 4... third tab) pages.
That is not normal. Is it possible that I've do something wrong, like setting the possibility to translate for instance those pages?
I've tried to delete some of these pages but then all the language and the pagemanagement pages were gone. That means that they refer to the same ID.
Like I said before... these pages are not translated in other languages like German, Spanish, Italian.
When I go to a page I translate that page... then the page occurs not at the same place in the menu system. And I can't manipulate the possition in the menu system. For instance the page is set in the first menu (last item) but I can't set that page as first item in the menu system.
Page settings > Page Details > Parent Page = None specified.
There I can't choose were I want to set the page in the root menu of my site.
Normally you can do that with the pagemanagement possibility but that doesn't work.
I hope that you can find a solutiion.
Thanks in advance.
