The future of responsive layout seems to be based on bootstrap, or at least something close to that.
While it's nice and all with the static pane-layout on each page to drop modules on, I'm wondering why we can't simply add these panes dynamically. I know an extension in wordpress does this.
The idea is simple. Allow adding a "bootstrap pane" which in turn can accept other modules. This bootstrap pane, can then be divided into 1-12 panes, as by bootstrap standards, and it should be possible to add aditional bootstrap panes below the first one inserted.
All each bootstrap pane should do is wrap around the modules inside, and allow for easy responsive manipulation of number of panes in the row.
This could be a new module project, but it just seems to me it should be a core part of DNN since it's closely related to how pages, panes and modules are connected.
With something like this, we can avoid the skins which have 50 panes in them to make sure they cover all the possible layout posibilities. It should really clean up some things :)
