Recent discoveries have led to screen readers not being able to read this part of the interface properly; when someone using screen reading software scrolls through this, it will simply say "blank" instead of reading the option. I thought that the latest versions of DNN 9 are ADA 508 compliant. If they aren't, then I intend to help test to ensure that everything is read properly and that DNN is available for administration for the largest user base possible. This report came from a blind associate of mine, though I've not been able to get my own environment up as of yet. I plan to though within the next few weeks, so keep this one open. NVDA is free for any developer on here who would like to download it and take a feel for themselves.

I would open a ticket for that: https://support.dnnsoftware.com - chances are better that someone cares about it.

There is a lot of issues regarding bareer-free sites.

Hello,

I happen to be the blind associate that Katherine was referring to in her original post. I went to support.dnnsoftware.com, tried to sign in with my Atlassian account, and got an error which read:

Did you use the wrong account?
Your email address [address redacted] doesn't have access to dnntracker.atlassian.net
We've all got more than one email address these days - are you using the right one?

If you're certain you should have access with [address redacted], contact your administrator.

What could be causing that error?
