Does 8.0.4 support TLS? If so is it automatically enabled?

Bernie,

not sure, but I think this is more related to IIS than DNN. For TLS 1.2 you need at least Windows 2012 R2 server.

That would be true if the Server's SMTP service was being used. However, the application is connecting to Office365 or other services requiring TLS not the hosting server (which is W12R2 but does not have SMTP installed). The question remains:

Does 8.0.4 support TLS and if so how to get it to connect? TLS:// is not permitted though I have used it with other products.
