Hi,

When I am setting portal SMTP settings with the same SMTP settings as host SMTP. I am getting the following error.

I have noticed that the password I put in the SMTP settings is getting automatically modified(increase in character length) when I click UPDATE in the bottom.

Also, the host SMTP settings is working fine.

most likely, the SMTP user account is not granted "relaying" permission, i.e. sending using a different email address.
