How to localize data get from database?

I want localization data get from database. I want it will change when I switch language.

Please help me!

many options:
- cheap core solution: use dedicated module instances per language
- add a language column to your items table and get records based on language (and use appropriate Cache Key)
- use additional table with translations and filter appropriately, when retrieving items

Yes, I want create a multilanguage. I want my site can support multilanguage.

I localized my site but I have problem when I localize data get from database.
