Hi

I'm new to DNN and I'm trying to install it on my hosted server.

I've installed it via the web gallery, which failed. I've uploaded it from DNNSoftware via FTP and get a "Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest." error.

Trust is set to full

Can someone have a look for me? The URL is http://www.ukwebservices.uk.hostinguk.co.uk

I'm wondering if you unblocked the install package before doing the install.

I've found that Invisionative's nvQuickSite tool (https://www.nvquicksite.com) is perhaps the best tool to use to install DNN. It does a pretty good job of insuring that all of the prerequsites are set, etc.

How do I unblock the file?

I'm on a MAC, trying to FTP it to my server. Or can I do unblock it on the server?

Probably, right click the install zip, go to properties and you will see unblock. Click that and then try installing from that zip package.

Thanks,
Varun
