How to can localization description tab in admin?

Example: Site Settings - Manage configuration settings for the portal. I want change it when I switch language.

Please help me!

Page description for Admin menu items is currently not supported for historic reasons. Tab names are translated using static strings in GlobalResources.resx, but this is the only property to be localized per page. captions and help texts inside of the modules in in Admin menu might be translated using language Editor in Admin > Languages.
