Hey all

Does anyone have an idea as to why profile tokens, such as these:

[PROFILE:UNIT]
[PROFILE:STREET]
[PROFILE:CITY]
[PROFILE:POSTALCODE]

work fine in the resx entry:

EMAIL_PROFILE_UPDATED_BODY.Text

but do not work in:

EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PRIVATE_BODY.Text

This is DNN 8.0.3

Regards
Rob

AFAIK DNN is not using TokenReplace engine, but does replace for each property by itself.
And by default, profile is (or was) not included in registration, therefore replacement was not performed at this point.
I suggest reporting it at support.dnnsoftware.com.

Thanks Sebastian

I can't get into support.dnnsoftware.com. It just tells me my account is inactive and to contact my administrator, but provides no such contact. I haven't been in for ages because of that.

But yes, the tokens aren't working in that template. I'll look for a workaround.
Thanks
Rob

Rob,
unfortunately I don't have any contact with the admins dnnsoftware.com sites at DNN Corp. you may try to contact admin or webmaster, but it is known to be difficult. It might be easier to create a new account.
