We are running DNN 7... on a recently created instance.

Inside DesktopModules/Admin/RadEditorProvider, we have a Dialogs folder.  I need to customize the ImageManager, however inside the Dialogs folder are only 4 files (DocumentManager.ascx, LinkManager.ascx, RenderTemplate.aspx, SaveTemplate.aspx).

I'm not sure why we don't have an ImageManager.ascx, or many of the other *Manager.ascx files... but the actual ImageManager dialog does function while in the editor...

it should be document manager, unless you configured DNN to use CKEditor (default editor in DNN 8).
