Hi all!

Could anyone tell me is there any way in DNN to run some code when application starts? Is there any event which I can subscribe to? Or is there any interface which I need to implement? This is important to me because we need to initialize our own Service Provider and add some services into it every time when application starts. This way other modules will be able to use it without fearing that it has not been initialized yet.

 Thanks,

Alexander

Hi Alexander,

DNN is a .NET web application, so you can add a custom HTTP Module that will consume 'BeginRequest' event.
