All,

Let me say, thank you for any help you can provide in advance.

Short backstory.. we hide the normal "Login" page on our site do to repeated attacked, so we are no using /login and we do not want to specify it in Admin under login page. So we have that set to nothing. We hide the login page at https://www.swbc.com/iamgroot

Problem:

I have a page that you need to log in to to use: https://www.swbc.com/newhire

However, if you go here unauthenticated, you get https://www.swbc.com/?returnurl=newhire

What I need it to do is go directly to the page https://www.swbc.com/iamgroot?returnurl=newhire if they aren't authenticated yet so they can log in, which will then obviously direct them to https://www.swbc.com/newhire.

Thoughts? Ideas?

you need to specify the login page in Admin > Site Settings.
The only workaround would ne making the PAGE public and show login module to all unauthenticated user and other module to authenticated users only.

Yes, specifying iamgroot in Site Settings for Login makes www.swbc.com/login reappear, which is what we don't want. So unless there is a way to set it in Settings and NOT have www.swbc.com/login reappear, we can't use that.

I am messing with the other workaround, but then the login module stays on the page, all the time, which doesn't work either. :(

you should be able to adjust permissions to display login module to unauthenticated users only.
