try to delete a portal, I get the error:

(where is my primary domain name)


The only search result I found was in 2015 and seems to be SQL errors based on rules, so looks like it is different - is this a function of the setup (managed by, who I find to be excellent)

most likely, the process has not been granted delete permissions for files (in Windows file system for content of the website folder).
