to get your site back up and running, restore latest database backup.
Please check, whether there is a table "TabVersions" in your database. if the table is missing, some previous upgrades have not been properly applied to your database.

Now the available in a database "TabVersions" table. Unfortunately, we do not have backups of the database.

Soheil,
the first instruction before applying Turbo Scripts is performing a database backup.
The issue is caused by a call to GetModulePackagesInUse, which fails because object name 'TabVersions' is invalid.
you may test by calling the stored procedure (Parameters: PortalID int and ForHost boolean) in SQL Server Management Studio
