We have a DNN installation that has a couple of websites up and running fine.  Yesterday I tried to import a website that had completed testing and needed to go live.  I exported the new website without any issues and copied the '.template' and '.template.resources' files over to the main website.  From there I imported the new website using the template and everything seemed fine until I loaded up the website.  All the pages were there, as was the skin, but none of the content was copied over.  Worse though, the admin pages were also blank: Admin > Site settings, for instance, did not have the site settings module.

The fact that the content for the website hasn't copied over is annoying but we can have a couple of guys copy that up manually.  What can I do about the admin pages that appear to be missing their modules?  The main website on the same DNN installation is fine and has all of its modules still working.  What would have caused this issue and how can I avoid it in future?
