I have problems with the digital asset manager. No content is showing. The loading icon keeps looping.

In fildler i get a 200 result. If i go to http://localhost:64457/DesktopModules/DigitalAssets/API/ContentService/GetFolderContent%20HTTP/1.1 i get

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Who can help me?

Stephany,

I'm not saying this is your exact error as well, but this happened to me once previously and it was because of a JavaScript conflict. Things to check (if this is indeed the case) would be any custom skins that you are using, any other modules that may be on the same page as the Digital Asset Manager module, and any scripts that may have been added to modules on the page.

If you change the skin to the default skin in DNN and remove all other modules except for the Digital Asset Manager module do you still get the error?

Also, in F12 tools if you access the Console do you get error messages there as well? Sometimes they help to track down the "offending" module or code
