no, but would you mind to report the error you faced?
Did you make sure to unblock the zip prior to uploading the files contained?

Hi Sebastian

I just unpack the zip file locally, and copy it via ftp to my hosted site.

No alerts via fillezilla all files copied, and nothing changes when I reboot the site, i get the same output in the splash screen.

I must then it is an automatic 7.0.9 install via Pleskcesk Console.

Thanks

prior to unzipping the package, right click the file and select "Properties". at the bottom of first tab, if there is a note about this file being from the internet and dangerous with a button to unblock, click it.
