Hi all,

I'm using DNN 7.3 and have two instances of the exact same solution, one in dev and another one in production (different servers).

 protected void Button_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        try

            string key = GetExpirationKey(txtEmail.Text);
//rest of the method
        }
    }

I have a button "Button" that when clicked takes the email address in txtEmail textbox and sends an email.

Everything works perfectly fine in Dev server but Button_Click event is not fired in Production server and the txtEmail textbox doesn't have any value when tracing it.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If it works in one environment and not another it is likely some difference between the two environments. In this particular case, it seems like the code is not in sync between the two (if it is a compiled module, the .dll in the bin directory).
