We have a large volume of users and when a user needs to reset their password and use the reset feature, it periodically fails.

It just displays and logs the error "There was an error setting the password. The password has not been changed." I can find no additional information to debug this problem.

With one user, I tested there reset link and tried multiple times to change it with this failure occurring and then trying again later it worked.

I have seen other similar reports by others but now specific resolution that would apply to us.

We are on version: 07.02.02 (303)

Does anyone know what causes this issue or how we can dig in deeper?

I can confirm I had this issue on 7.3.2 and it's now working in 7.3.3
