Hi,

I have placed 5 times same type of module (all have different settings). I have managed to display only one. My problem is that the non-visible modules take space on the page (in the pane). Because of this i can't align them to the top of the pane they are in.

Is there a way to get the visible module to the top in the pane?

Kind of depends on how you are hiding the module, and for what purpose. Can you elaborate a bit more as to what it is you want to accomplish, and which method you used to hide the modules?

Thanks for reply. It was the idea to use a generic module that i have created (using a gridview). In the settings the user is to be able to set a table or view and select columns to display. With a dropdown the visitor can make a selection and depending on the select the gridview will show by reading url parameters.
I was hiding the module simply by setting visible to false.

Sounds like you are not hiding all of the parts of your module.

In ASP.Net Visible=false stops it generating any HTML.

An alternative would be to roll up all your modules in to a single module and manage it together.
