After upgrading to dnn 7 I've encountered with a problem of appearance:

Whenever popup menu appears (like in vendors page in the image attached) the content of the page that suppose to be 'behind' the popup menu, appear infront of it (and by that prevent the use of the menu).

Is it all relate to css problem (I've tried to play with z-index attribute with no sucsses)? and how can I solve it??

it will likely be a z-index issue - the easiest way to confirm is to change to a default skin such as Gravity and see that this does not happen (which it wont as we have no other reports) - as such this isolates the issue with your custom skin so at least you know where you need to look (you can review the precedence of z-index at http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/page/... - as you can see modals are above all else under normal circumstances)
