What is this Error?

How To Fix it? There is Files already but Error tell us it can not load files! Please help to fix it....

If you don't tell us what you changed we have to guess. Tell us what you did, what happened and how that was different to what you expected.

somehow the path of the fine is not unique, maybe there is an old Version of the .dll (with a different Name) in your \bin folder

somehow the path of the fine is not unique, maybe there is an old Version of the .dll (with a different Name) in your \bin folder

Oh, my god. How to find it?

I was several dll file and today I install new Skin from other  company and I never buy skin from them and it is firs time. and maybe there is same by other companies...

But there is no dll file in Skin Files... how can I find?! there is no start point to research and fix?
