im newbie on this Dnn and Coding, 

after i done the custom field on Registration page name are "Longin As:"

after i done register one account for testing how i wan to retrieve the data for this field ? 

the data will strore on  [ UserProfile."somthing"] or  some where else?

You can use the Profile property which exists on a User object like this:

UserInfo ui = UserController.Instance.GetCurrentUserInfo(); //This is for DNN 7.3 and above
string myProperty = ui.Profile.ProfileProperties("MyCustomRegistrationProperty");
