 There is no Permission for Administrator on DNN 7.3+

Before Release 7.3 I think Admin Account means Webmaster after Superuser  because this is admin, but in new issue 7.3.1 there is no permission for admin user for adding Folder, Uploading Files....

Ok, But how can Fix this Problem... This is more work for host user and time wasting.... Any body can help us to make Admin user like Administrator?!   :(

to validate, try again using default skin and container.

Ok, but When I do same this the default skin will load on "Edit / Admin" mode and no my skin like before... :(

I do same that but again not working. There is no error but just Waiting for response and if you wait never response or error coming.

 Dear Sebastian

 It just let us to change our Skin to Default Gravity Skin. This is not fixing this is a way to access "site setting" page only and after that again we have to change skin, and if we need access to site setting, again we have to change SQL tables...

What is solution to Fix this problem? :( I upgrade 30 Website from 7.2.2 and 7.1.0 and 6.2.5 all to 7.3.1 and All Portals have same problem and several call come tome to fix this problem and in last 5 years that I work with DNN I never had same problem. Please tell me when new issue come to fix several problem on DNN 7.3.1....  :( please
