On my DNN7.2.2 website, I go to my profile (non-admin user), click on UnRegister at bottom-right, say Yes to "Are you sure you want to unregister? This will delete your user account." And then, nothing happens. I am still on the same page, I can access the website as usual. Does this feature depend on any settings?

I did not find anything in the issue tracker, so I want to confirm if others can reproduce it before reporting it.

I think this was a bug in 7.2.2 that was fixed in 7.3.0, but I can't find the specific ticket ATM
