Good morning,

is it there a way to use Global Resources in containers and call  programmaticallya global resource in container file?

For example, in a skin i've found this code:

DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.Localization.GetString(key, <global resource file name>);

I need to do this thing in containers.
Otherwise, is it there a way to read local resource file in containers?

Thanks in advance for support

sure, the API has overloads that accept a resource file path e.g.

Localization.Localization.GetString("ErrorInStep", "~/Install/App_LocalResources/InstallWizard.aspx.resx")

you can call this in the codebehind for a container, or else use it inline such as:

text: '<%= Localization.GetSafeJSString("SomeCustomField.Text", "~/Desktopmodules/lorenzog/App_LocalResources/mycustomtexts.aspx.resx")) %>',
