Hello everyone! I've encountered an issue with one of my clients live sites that I have not seen before.

When you go to the developmental URL (clientname.find8dev2.com), the website loads fine, but when you go to the live URL www.actualdomain.com you get an error message that says "

DotNetNuke Error

An error has occurred. An error has occurred."

I have attached a screenshot for you all here

I also have found the error in the event viewer-

that's an error in the client resource framework (CRF) that was fixed quite some time ago (early 7.x AFAIR), so an upgrade will fix it. The reason for the issue is that CRF does a quick DNS checkup to see if a file (such as js or css) is on a remote site or actually on the current site -this error can happen if the webserver cannot contact a DNS server, which is a very rare setup - I would suspect your hosting provider has made a change and accidentally stopped DNS working for your site, so I recommend you raise it with them to get this resolved (or upgrade to a more recent release where this check had code added to handle the case of no DNS server)
