I'm using DotNetNuke 5.06
I'm using the event notification system to send a notification email when the admin edits any user details.
The email works find but the The email body contains the edited user data without format like this:
"[email protected].com"
Is there a way to help me format the email body?

I am assuming you have already located the section to edit the text and you are using tokens.... so the below should work for you:

UserID:(& nbsp;) [User:UserId] < br/>

FirstName: (& nbsp;)[User:FirstName]< br/>

LastName: (& nbsp;)[User:LastName]< br/>

UserName:(& nbsp; )[User:UserName]< br/>

Email:(& nbsp;) [User:email]< br/>

Just remove the () around (& nbsp;) and the space in between & and n
and the space in between < and br/>

Depending on what version of DNN you are using it may be different. I am using 7.0 and I'll let you know how to get to mine. If you need any help, I will be on the computer from now until 7 am est on 02/09/2014. I'm willing to help with any questions (free) as I am trying to pay it forward for all of those who have helped me. My email is [email protected] I can email you back and forth, talk on facebook or aol im.
1. Login as an administrator or super user.
2. Click on the admin tab/page
3. Click on the Languages page
4. Click on the pencil under System, Host or Site (i would start with Site)
5. Either press Ctrl Key and F Key (to bring up the search box) and enter Resource Name: EMAIL_PROFILE_UPDATED_BODY.Text
or you can search for Resource Name: EMAIL_PROFILE_UPDATED_BODY.Text manually by scrolling down the page.
6. Click on the pencil next to the text box
7. To test it add something to the text and press save
8. change a profile that you will receive the email for and see if it worked.
9. If it worked, here is what I would recommend editing it to say:
**For Non-Rich Text Editor (basic html)**
Dear(& nbsp;) [User:DisplayName],< br/>
Your(& nbsp;) profile(& nbsp;) on(& nbsp;) [Portal:PortalName](& nbsp;) has(& nbsp;) been(& nbsp;) successfully(& nbsp;) updated.< br/>
Your(& nbsp;)User(& nbsp;)information(& nbsp;)is:< br/>
UserID:(& nbsp;) [User:UserId] < br/>
FirstName: (& nbsp;)[User:FirstName]< br/>
LastName: (& nbsp;)[User:LastName]< br/>
UserName:(& nbsp; )[User:UserName]< br/>
Email:(& nbsp;) [User:email]< br/>
Sincerely,
[Portal:PortalName]< br/>

****NOTE**** Remove the () around (& nbsp;) and the space in between & and n
and the space in between < and br/>

**For Rich Text Editor /Design**
Dear [User:DisplayName],
Your profile on [Portal:PortalName] has been successfully updated.
Your User information is:
UserID: [User:UserId]
FirstName: [User:FirstName]
LastName: [User:LastName]
UserName:[User:UserName]
Email: [User:email]
Sincerely,
[Portal:PortalName]
