Hello,

We have run into a strange problem with some of our users who use the Safari browser. We are a continued education company, so we have users logging on to take courses and complete exams and evaluations. The learning management system we use is Accord LMS, which might be where the true problem lies, but we aren't sure. When a user has logged on, using Safari, at random times they will not be able to access their courses. They can user every other part of the the site; access their account, shop for other courses, etc. But for some reason, they are unable to actually get to there course list. And like I said, the problem is browser-specific, and happens randomly. If anyone has any insight on this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

You never said what actually happens. Error message? Timeout? Sent to the wrong place...

The costumers we receiving critical error messages, but only when they tried to access their course list. Sorry I don't have the exact error message to demonstrate. That is the really strange part about this situation; we can't recreate the problem on our end, which is a little frustrationg.

Well the stack trace shows...

Interzoic.LMS.LearnerPanes.Page_Load

...which places it squarely in their code. It's possible it may not be their fault - maybe the environment is passing their code something that it finds surprising. I think you'll have to take it up with them first.

Best wishes,
