I'm using DNN 7.1.2. I don't know if this issue is specific to this version.

When I request password reset, I get an email with the link. On that page I have to re-enter my user name (why?) and add my new password twice (I consider asking to retype something , an insult to the user) but when I submit the form, I get the "greyd out page, revolving circle" thingy for about a second and then the page is enabled again and nothing happens. The password isn't changed.

in IE10 I get this error: Webpage error details
Message: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Unrecognized Guid format.
Line: 15
Char: 16485
Code: 0

In firefox the user doesn't see the error, but it's there too: "Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Unrecognized Guid format."

What is wrong here?
