After logging into my site (whether choosing remember or not), and then selecting a menu item to reach another section of the site, a user instead gets returned to the login screen and must again enter credentials.   User creation is set to verified, and these users are all authorized.  V6.2.5   Any help appreciated

this usually happens if a local cookie is corrupted or the domain is being switched (including from www.mydomain.com to mydomain.com)
