Hi,

I have peculiar problem with my site. The normal Registered User, when logged in, goes to the Activity-Feed page

http://www.mysite.com/Activity-Feed/userId/6

The controlpanel is visible with EditButton. However, when you press the button, you can only see the gear icon with help button.

How do I hide the control Panel? I looked at the Page Permissions, it is set to View by All User, no Edit permission is set for the RegUser yet the control panel is shown.

if control panel on top of the page is visible, you granted accidently edit permission for either the page or any module on the page to "unauthenticated users" or "all users".

Jaydeep,
If you can't locate the module in question (as indicated in Sebastian's response), it might be a module in the Recycle Bin causing the problem.

Thanks Sebastian & Mike

Yes, it was a module which had been assigned Edit rights, I don't know how :(
